I am a born again Christian and have been rebuilding my life here in Bacolod for the past five years. I was a long time US resident where I experienced  repeated cycles of self destruction. I am thankful that God has chosen to change me where I now live according to what He wills for me. Although I discovered writing late in my life this is what I want to do and I think I do best. I have been writing a column called Solomon's Corner for a local, weekly paper here in Bacolod City for almost two years now. I write most anything from political commentaries, anecdotal essays and articles on various subjects. I am active on FB with posts and comments in the many groups that I have been invited to join. I try to impart to my readers the lessons that life has given in my over half a century of living. I write what I believe and try to encourage and inspire others to realizing the need for God in our lives. Only with God present in our lives would "goodness" follow. I have found purpose and a new sense of worth through writing. How awesome is our God.
